CALENDAR: Our online band calendar is updated continually in Charms.
CHARMS: Charms is our management system for all things non-musical. Each student has a unique login for viewing and editing information. Please login frequently, and keep your personal information current throughout the year. This is how we keep in touch. Charms is also where you can keep track of your student’s financial status with their band fees.
FORMS: This includes medical and photo release forms as required by the Cobb County school system related to your student(s) participation in the band programs. You can also locate financial forms related to fiscal matters with WPMB (e.g., reimbursement form, check request form)
ABSENCE REQUEST: If you must miss a rehearsal, sectional or other event, complete this form no later than two (2) days before the anticipated absence. Unexcused absences may result in being sidelined for a marching band performance.
